While we wait for Andreas Mogensen (A working day in space is demanding)

While Andreas Mogensen was in Denmark a few months ago, Science Stories recorded this interview. It gives a good impression of how exciting but also challenging life as an astronaut will be for Andreas Mogensen in the next six months. Many may harbor a big dream of getting up and flying in a weightless state in space. But when you hear about the working conditions of an astronaut, it doesn't seem so glamorous.

In this interview (in Danish), the Danish astronaut Andreas Mogensen tells science journalist Jens Degett about how it feels to work in space, about the research, the experiences and about the possibilities of going up to the international space station ISS and doing your own experiments if you are a researcher.

Andreas Mogensen's departure for ISS is tomorrow, August 26.
