During the COVID-19 pandemic, financial aid packages have held the hand of a lot of Danish companies. According to a preliminary statement, wage compensation has saved more than 81,000 jobs from closure. What is the experience from Denmark and from other countries of providing wage compensation during the pandemic, and can it even pay to support companies in crisis?

Who creates value ​​in small and medium size companies? How much does the director mean in relation to his employees? What about equality - what are the mechanisms behind inequalities in pay for men and women, and how can it be counteracted?
