Unknown Danish astronomer's 250-year-old observations shed light on climate

For many years there has been uncertainty as to whether sunspot activity has a decisive influence on climate change on the globe, but now, nearly 250-year-old scientific observations from the Round Tower in Copenhagen made by the unknown Danish astronomer, Christian Horrebow and his assistants, have finally shown it is not the case.

Morten Remar has spoken to associate professor and astronomer Christoffer Karoff from the Department of Geoscience at Aarhus University (in Danish).
