[Rerun] My digital brain damage I
Has it become difficult for you to read novels? Have you become a zombie who can only watch the screen of your digital platforms? How can one go from being an avid reader who once devoured novels to being unable to read a book? How many people feel this way? Does digital media ruin our ability for deep thinking and thus the ability to read novels? And what exactly does it do to our brains?
If you feel this way, then you are certainly not alone. Many of us feel that our brain is influenced by electronic products that have been designed to grab our attention. Science Journalist Charlotte Koldbye has investigated why she suddenly can't read novels anymore. In the first program of this series, she visits the doctor Imran Rashid.
